important qualities.

Keller Williams Realty's computerized direct mail program introduces properties to potential
purchasers. Advertising materials are targeted to select marketing areas to attract the
interest of the most qualified buyers.
OPEN HOUSES
At a client's convenience,
Keller Williams Realty often suggests that a home be held open to
further market the listing. This strategy allows exposure to local residents and
out-of-area purchasers who may be shopping for a property without professional assistance.
BROKER OPEN HOUSE
In order to familiarize brokers with a property, broker previews may be held both
specifically for Keller Williams Realty sales associates and for the local real estate brokerage
community.
