 Consider the following:

Type of ownership:

• Single or multiple family residence
• Condominium
• Planned unit development (PUD)

 Length of use:

• Look ahead at least five years and try and anticipate changes, such as family size, that may affect you needs.

Space:

• Measure your present home's rooms.
• Which areas are not large enough?
• What additional areas would you like?
